Chad C. Moreschi, O.D.
Dr. Chad Moreschi received his degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1996. He did his undergraduate work at Kent State University Honors College after graduating from Western Reserve High School. During optometry school he completed training in the treatment and management of ocular disease, low vision services, pediatric, dry eye and contact lenses.
Dr. Moreschi founded Columbiana Vision Care in 1998 on a patient-comes-first principle. He has an extensive referral network and is trained in Lasik and Cataract pre and post surgical care. He has a special interest in the treatment of dry eyes and contact lenses.
Dr. Moreschi is a charter member of Sight For All. He participates in numerous pre-school and elementary school screenings in conjunction with the Lions Club. He is an active member of the community, a member of the New Waterfor Lions Club and coaching high school girls golf for Columbiana. He has been married to Amy since 1994, and they have two daughters, Ally and Amanda.

Michelle Fleeson is our office manager/pre-tester. She has been employed by Columbiana Vision Care since 2010. She is a lifelong resident of Columbiana. She is married to Paul and has two children, Reid and Abby.
Dannete Lyden has worked in the optical field for 18 years and has been a licensed optician since 2003. She has worked for Dr. Moreschi since 2013. She lives in Boardman with her husband, Sean, and has two daughters, Aubrey and Zoey.
Jessica Millikin is our receptionist. She moved to Ohio in 2010 to study childhood education has been part of Columbiana Vision Care since 2013. She currently resides in Salem and married Doug in 2016.
